WHO AM I ?

I've been a real estate broker, builder, property manager and consultant for apartment builders in southern Ontario and upper New York State. 

While working for an apartment builder I was asked if I knew how to evict tenants and I told him that I did, but I didn't. Quickly I studied Court documents and attended Courts to audit landlord & tenant cases.

I found out about Rent Control Legislation & began to consult with landlords to obtain [Above Guideline Increases] due to increasing operating expenses and capital expenditures.

Recently I realized that advising landlords of their rights and obligations under the current legislation has become increasingly complex. 

I recently joined as a Legal Assistant with McSevney's Law Offices at 708 Duke St Cambridge Ontario N3H 3T6. We can now provide a complete list of legal services to assist my landlord clients.
