BUSINESS AS USUAL IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH THESE DAYS

I am now associated as a  Legal Assistant with McSevney Law Offices, 708 Duke St Cambridge Ontario N3H 3T6.  This alliance provides that a full compliment of legal service is available to the numerous clients I have helped through the years.

For years now consulting to  landlords has become more and more complex. Landlords asked me questions from time to time about Insurance Issues, Mortgage Financing, Human Rights concerns & Court Procedures not related to the Landlord & Tenant Legislation of the day.

I would always have to tell landlords, their managers, and their superintendents that I was not legally capable of answering their questions that related to other than the current Landlord & Tenant law..

Not being a lawyer, I could not have an opinion of law. Only lawyers can have an opinion of law, but now I have a law firm by my side to answer those question which I had been incapable of answering in the past.
